Regarding the Covid-19 Situation

As the Covid-19 Situation continues, our online business will be as per usual and deliveries will carry on as per normal.

We have implemented some measures listed by the Ministry of Health (MOH). Including the Circuit Breaker Measures From 7th April to 4th May 2020.

The safety and well-being of our customers and our team are of the highest priority. Further measures will be put in place accordingly depending on how the situation develops.

Please kindly take note of the following measures that we have implemented:

Showroom Will  Be Closed till 4th May 2020. We strongly encourage conversing with our sales team via our hotline or email. 

Work-From-Home Schedule for all employees. With digitization all fully in place, we are able to operate without interruptions. Support and sales hotline and channels are fully operational.

Non-Contact Delivery and Assembly for all deliveries arranged after 6th April 2020. (Details below)

• Strictly no self-collection.

Non-Contact Flatpack Delivery

The safety and well-being of our customers and our team are of our highest priority, thus Non-Contact Flatpack Delivery will be mandatory aside for Special Cases*.

• Delivery team to call upon arrival to the designated location

• Products to be placed at your door step (do kindly note that our motorised legs are heavy ie. 35kg approx.)

• Team will step away from the items, and inform you that the delivery is done  (do let them know if you need any help)

Pictures to be taken as proof of delivery

Customer will be required to bring items into house

• Team to sanitize their hands after each delivery made

*Special Cases:
As our products are heavy , there may be cases that our customers will not able to move the item into the house.  Do kindly inform our logistics team if you require assistance. They would seek your approval to enter with the item. Precautionary measures will be fully taken, but use this option only if necessary.

Non-Contact Assembly

• Delivery team to call upon arrival to the designated location

• Preference of product locations will be confirmed via phone to ensure assembled desk can fit through the doors and spaces

• Products will be assembled outside of the house (Lift lobbies etc) wherever possible

• Once the assembly is done, our team will inform you via phone calls or texts

Pictures to be taken as proof of delivery

Customer will be required to move desk into house.

• Team to sanitize their hands after each delivery made

We understand that majority of our customers will be starting to work from home and we are trying our best to increase our delivery capacity so that everyone will receive our products in the shortest period of time.
