Well sought-after for its fine grained texture and exquisite patterns, this lightweight and versatile solid wood originates from Fir trees exclusively found in the Rocky Mountains in North America.
Naturally Resilient. Don’t let its weight fool you, our Hem-Fir tabletop is no featherweight. Born in the beautifully harsh climate of the Rocky Mountain range in the Pacific Northwest, fir trees stood tall and indomitable against everything mother nature could muster. Each plank of timber that goes into our Hem-Fir tabletop is carefully pressure-treated, complementing its natural strength. Our Hem-Fir tabletop isn’t simply beautiful, it can take everything life can throw at it.
Centrepiece Worthy. With a beautiful auburn tone, subtle lavender cast and delicate textures, our Hem-Fir collection simply oozes style without compromising substance. HEVEA SERIES
Known for its durability, beautiful grain and elegant blonde shade, Hevea brasiliensis is one of the most sought after solid wood in the world. Most commonly found in contemporary furniture, this tabletop would seamlessly complement your existing decor.
Environmentally Friendly. Hevea Brasiliensis will only be harvested after it completes its latex producing cycle. Instead of leaving these trees to decay, they are harvested and given a second life as an integral part of your Omnidesk experience. Our Hevea tabletops aren’t just desirable, it’s also sustainable.
Unrivalled Toughness. Hailing from the Maple family, Hevea Brasiliensis is one of the strongest solid wood used in modern furniture. In order to survive in the sweltering tropics of South-East Asia and Brazil, Hevea trees developed a natural resistance against fungus, bacteria and mould. It is even fire-resistant and would receive much less fire damage compared to other solid wood. Each piece of timber that goes into our Hevea tabletops are meticulously Kiln-treated to temper its intricate grain structure, further enhancing its natural resilience.

ACACIA SERIES
It is the wood that enabled the British Royal Navy to rule the seas. Acacia is not only revered for its inherent toughness, but also its natural smooth finish and delicate grain patterns which makes it one of the most valuable timber variety in the world.
Revered Durability. One of the hardest woods in the world, Acacia was the preferred wood for the British Royal Navy throughout the 18th century. Capable of holding fast against cannon shells, Acacia also possess a naturally occurring wax coat that protects it against unwanted pest. But most importantly, it is most sought for its water-resistance. Celebrated for its tenacity under adversity, you can now own a tabletop that is capable of standing fast against Poseidon's wrath and still last through the decades.
Visual Poetry. Despite its heft and durability, Acacia’s naturally occurring intricate grain structure and subtle fade lend an air of rustic sophistication that is rarely found in contemporary furniture.
