4 steps for free warranty redemption

  • Take a photo of your Omnidesk set up
  • Post it on social media and make it public
  • Tag us @theomnidesk and hashtag #Omnidesk
  • Upload original image of your setup

Terms & Conditions

  • This redemption is available to existing and new customers of eligible OMNIDESK products. To qualify, customers must post an image of their setup on Facebook or Instagram. The post must be publicly viewable via an active link during the warranty verification process and must tag our page or include the #Omnidesk hashtag.
  • Uploaded images must be original, high-resolution photos of the OMNIDESK setup used in the social media post. Screenshots of posts will not be accepted for verification or warranty redemption purposes.
  • Enjoy an additional 2-year warranty extension for Ascent, Classic, Pro, and Pro L-Shaped models, or an additional 3-year warranty extension for Embrace Pro and Loft models.
  • Name, order number, and email must match the original OMNIDESK purchase details for this submission to be valid.
  • By submitting for the extended warranty, the user grants OMNIDESK the right to use uploaded images in marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, social media posts, website content, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
  • You will receive an email confirming your application status within 7–14 working days of submission.
