All of our desk frames and table tops are eligible for upgrade. The only exceptions are Pokémon series and Essential. If you are unsure, you may still send in your request and our support team will check and update you within 1-2 working days.

If you wish to dispose of any old component(s), you may inform our third-party logistics team and they will be able to assist you.

You are allowed to upgrade your desk frame once a year. For table top, there is currently no limit.

Yes, the new desk frame will come with a brand new warranty starting on the day of order fulfillment. For more information on our warranty coverage, you can refer to this link. Do note, the previous desk frame warranty will be voided upon upgrade.

Unfortunately, we do not accept trade-ins at the moment.

• Upgrade Program is only available for existing customers who bought a desk from Omnidesk

• Customers are eligible for upgrades of the following:

b. Desk Frames

• Exclusions for upgrade are:
a. Essential
b. Pokémon Series

• Series Compatibility:
a. RGB table top is only compatible with Omnidesk Ascent Desk Frame
b. L-Shape table top is only compatible with Omnidesk Pro Desk Frame
c. Compact table tops only compatible with Omnidesk Classic Desk Frames
d. Ichi Collection is only compatible with Omnidesk Ascent or Omnidesk Pro Frames

• Prices indicated are inclusive of delivery and installation. Disposal of pre-existing component(s) are not included.

• If you wish to dispose of any old component(s), you may liaise with the third-party logistics team to do so. An additional disposal fee may be charged by the third-party logistics team.
