Omnidesk Warranty Coverage

  1. Omnidesk gives a 3-year warranty for the electronic parts, including the lifting mechanism and motor.
    This does not include the Omnidesk Essential.
  2. The warranty also covers any missing parts when the product is delivered, defects in the materials used, and major issues with how the lifting mechanism works.
  3. All accessories come with a 1-year warranty unless stated otherwise.

Warranty Extensions

  1. You can get a longer warranty by posting a photo of your Omnidesk setup on Facebook or Instagram. The post must be set to public, and you need to send us the link using the form on our website.
  2. Alternatively, you can upload a photo of your setup directly through the same form.
  3. If you do this, you’ll get an extra 2 years of warranty for Ascent, Classic, Pro, Pro L-Shaped, and Minidesk. You’ll get an extra 3 years of warranty for Embrace Pro and Loft.
  4. If you sign up for Omnidesk Rewards, you’ll get an extra 3 years of warranty for Ascent, Classic, Pro, and Pro L-Shaped.

Subjected to the following:

  1. Replaced parts will be recollected by Omnidesk.
  2. Any replacement parts shall be fully provided by Omnidesk, and any shipping costs shall be half-borne by the consumer.
  3. To benefit under this warranty, Omnidesk must be notified of any defect within the 1st week of the occurrence of such defect via an image or video of the relevant defect sent electronically to sales@theomnidesk.com.
  4. This warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

What our warranty does NOT cover:

  1. Damage to Omnidesk products (desk frames, table tops, or accessories) caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water damage, flood, fire, or other acts of natural and external causes is not covered. This also includes wear and tear damage.
  2. Consequential or incidental damage, whether resulting from the use, misuse, inability to use this product, or defects in the product, is not covered.
  3. Damages caused to Omnidesk or its accessories during self-assembly due to failure to follow the relevant self-assembly manual instructions provided are not covered.
  4. Damages caused to Omnidesk or its accessories during self-modification are not covered.
  5. Wildwood, Wildwood+, Ichi Collection, ChopValue, and Eco Bamboo Tops:
    Owning these table tops means having a unique desktop like no other. Therefore, every grain pattern, knot, and hairline crack can and will be found on these naturally produced woods. Minor hairline cracks that you may see add to the character of your one-of-a-kind desk and will not be noticeable during normal use. Each piece will have its own unique characteristics.

  6. Omnidesk reserves the right to determine if a replacement will be given for severe defects. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Limited Warranty:

  1. Omnidesk reserves the right to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed and will decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced.
  2. Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only.
  3. If Omnidesk determines that a benefit under this warranty can be claimed, the cost of repair and replacement of the defective part or material shall be borne by Omnidesk.
  4. Replaced parts may vary in color and texture from the original.
  5. The warranty will end immediately if the product becomes defective due to misuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, or commercial use.
  6. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. The original purchaser may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty. A person who is not the original purchaser shall not have any rights to benefit from any of these terms and conditions.
  7. The warranty covers parts replacement only. A labor/transport cost of $30 will be borne by the customer for the engineer to be onsite.

Effective Date:

  1. The warranty becomes effective on the date of delivery.
