Easy to install. But wish it can adjust at more angles

Mounting looks great now, but it took some online troubleshooting to tighten the arm and to tilt the monitor to an upright angle. It would have been helpful if the installation team can support this installation, or to at least be present to support the installation as it was challenging to manage this between two people if you are unsure how to do it.
