What is the difference between Omnidesk Signature Straight Edge and Omnidesk Ergo Curve?
The Omnidesk Ergo Curve features an ergonomic curve on the table top for extra comfort. It is recommended for users who are spending long hours at their Omnidesk.
What is the height-adjustable range?
60 - 125cm* for Omnidesk Ascent & Pro 2020
*Height-adjustable range may vary due to the usage of different desk feet (eg, desk feet measurement difference between the Omnidesk Pro and Ascent), as well as differing table top thickness.
How heavy are Omnidesk desk frames?
The weight of our Omnidesk height adjustable desk frames are as follows:

How is Omnidesk powered?
Omnidesk Adjustable Height desk frames are powered by electricity, so it needs to be plugged into a socket for it to work.
If power supply to your Omnidesk is cut, it can be used as a static height table. Please note that the height of the table will be retained from when it was last adjusted prior to cutting the power supply.
Are the legs the same for all the Omnidesk in the same model range?
Yes, all different sizes and series of table tops use the same desk frame. This way, your Omnidesk investment is future-proofed, and can be upgraded with a new table top as your needs evolve!
Can I install wheels on Omnidesk?
Castors can be installed on our current range of desk frames by our delivery partner during delivery, please note that on-site assembly has to be included in your order of the castors to be eligible.
In the event that you opt for flatpack delivery, any castors ordered will require self installation.
Can I purchase the height adjustable desk frame/tabletop as standalone items?
To enjoy the full Omnidesk Experience that we have carefully designed and curated, we are only able to offer you our height adjustable desk frames and table tops if purchased together. Neither of these items can be bought as individually.
Can I request a customizable desktop size and design for my Omnidesk?
To maintain our outstanding product quality, all Omnidesks are manufactured overseas at the moment by our trusted partners. Therefore, we are unable to offer our customers customisable options for our products right now.
What are the payment options available?
For purchases made on our website, we accept card payments from

How to change my order after purchase?
You may reach out to our sales team here, if you wish to amend your order after checking out. Do note that orders can only be amended up to one day before your delivery date.
Please keep in mind that any changes to your order will follow the new lead time and availability of your requested products from the date of your request.
Can I cancel my Omnidesk order?
For cancellation of any orders, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you in processing your request as soon as possible.
Your feedback helps us improve - please provide the reason for your order cancellation so we know specifically how we can improve
Please note that refunds are not immediate, and take an average of 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your card.
How soon will I receive my order?
You will receive an SMS within 1-2 working days after the date of purchase to schedule the date and time for your order if your order consists of ready stock items.
If your order consists of backordered or pre-ordered items, you will only be contacted after the item is in stock.

Am I able to choose my delivery date and time?
At the point of purchase, you will not be able to choose your delivery date.
However, once your order is ready to be delivered, our logistic team will be contacting you via an SMS or call to schedule your order delivery.
From there, if the given date is not suitable for you, you may suggest another date and they will help you schedule accordingly.
How long it will take for back-ordered or pre-ordered items to arrive?
Upon submitting your order, you'll be able to see the expected delivery date on our site. This delivery date is based on your chosen delivery option, and availability of your selected items.
Circumstances that may affect how soon you get your order include:
1. Selecting option of onsite delivery and assembly, as will need to take into account the availability of our assembly specialists.
2. If you've selected an item that must be pre-ordered or is out-of-stock, there should be an estimated arrival date listed on the product page. If one is not stated, our customer service team will be in touch with you shortly to inform you of an estimated arrival date. Once the item is in stock and available for delivery, our logistics team will reach out to you to arrange a delivery time that works for you.
3. If you need our assembly experts to assist you with assembly despite choosing flat pack delivery, we're happy to help. However, as assembly was not scheduled before hand we'll have to arrange for our assembly team to assemble your table on a different date.
Can I hold my Omnidesk order after checkout?
Yes, we can help you to hold your order upon checkout. We can hold your order up to 90 days from date of purchase. You can put your preferred delivery time frame in the notes section on the shopping cart page.
Do note that if you wish to hold your order for more than 90 days, there may be a warehousing charge of $10 or more, per day. However, this will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
What is flat-pack delivery?
Flat-pack delivery means you'll receive your new Omnidesk in compact, sealed packages for self assembly. Opting for flat-pack delivery can reduce your how long you wait for your Omnidesk by up to 75%, as well as reduce your shipping cost. Flat-pack shipping allows us to keep prices low, and pass those savings over to you!
Here's what you can expect after purchasing your Omnidesk from us:
1. Our logistics team will be contacting you (either by phone call or SMS) to schedule a suitable delivery date. If they are unable to contact you via the phone number that was provided, they will drop an email to you to schedule a date.
(Mon-Sat, 2pm - 7pm. excluding Public Holidays)
2. If your delivery address has no lift access, an additional charge of $10 per table and per floor will be incurred.
3. Should the first delivery attempt fail, a re-delivery charge of $50 will be charged for each subsequent delivery attempt.
4. If you've opted for on-site assembly, it will be conducted on the same day at the time of delivery.
5. If you have not purchased the on-site assembly, you will receive your Omnidesk as a flat-pack delivery for you to assemble yourself. Should you wish to opt-in to on-site assembly, kindly drop us an e-mail at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery to add the on-site assembly service.
6. Should you decide to opt-in to require on-site assembly after delivery, the charges will be as follows: $30 Transport and $80 On-site installation per desk. Installation will not be on the SAME day if requested after delivery has been done.
Do note that accessories (Speaker mounts, PC Mount, Mounted Power bar and Keep - Desk Drawer) do not come with pre-drilled holes. Should you not have access to a drill, on-site assembly is highly recommended.

Omnidesk will not be liable for damages / injuries arising from the disposal.

If multiple locales are requested, an additional charge would be levied per every extra locale specified by the customer.
What happen if my items got damaged?
The Omnidesk team conducts thorough quality checks of every desk before it leaves our warehouse.
However, we are aware that damage to your order may still occur during the delivery process.
We strongly encourage you to inspect every item in your order before signing to confirm you have received your package.
1. First, inspect the box/packaging for obvious damage.
2. We then recommend that you insist on opening removing the packaging to inspect for concealed damage.
3. Make sure all your items purchased including cables, accessories and user manuals are all included.
4. Once the driver leaves with the signed delivery order, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility should any physical damage be found or missing accessories occur thereafter.
Do you assemble the desk upon delivery?
Assembly services are available in select regions for an additional fee.
Can I install castors onto my Omnidesk?
Yes, now you are able to redefine the mobility of your award-winning Omnidesk with our all-new castors.
How to install the castors onto the Omnidesks?
The castors are threaded and should be able to screw in by hand. It has an M8x10mm threaded stem. You can remove the existing rubber feet on the desk feet and replace them with the castors. A tool may be needed to adjust the bolt accordingly if you are facing difficulties installing it.
How much weight can the castors support?
The castors can support all our current Omnidesk models with a maximum load of 130kg on the desk.
How much taller will be the Omnidesk be with the castors?
The castors will increase the base height by about 5cm.
Will the onsite assembly option for my Omnidesk purchase include the installation of the castors?
Yes, it will!
If you already have an existing Omnidesk, write in to us at sales@theomnidesk.com to purchase the wheels and opt to add on an assembly option at a cost of $20 just for the installation of the castors to your existing Omnidesk*. Alternatively, you can purchase the castors from our website and personally install them.
*Our assembly specialists will need to flip the desk to install the castors. Please remove all items from your Omnidesk before the arrival of our assembly team. Delivery charges may still apply.
