I had been disappointed by the “spots” on my ash coloured omnidesk after it was delivered. They have kind of affected the look of my table in my view. Even tho I didn’t expect Omnidesk to respond to my “complaint” about it, let alone react to it with promptness, Omnidesk did and acted which showed their great attitude towards customer care and feedback. In the end, I am happy with Omnidesk and their customer service staff Syazwani for their swift response and concern for customer service and care. Good job.

My Omnidesk experience was fantastic from start to finish. The desk arrived much earlier than the estimated delivery date, a pleasant surprise. The delivery team was incredibly professional and efficient. They assembled the height-adjustable table in under 30 minutes, handling everything with care and leaving no mess behind. The desk itself is a game-changer for my home office setup. The build quality is excellent, and the motorized height adjustment is smooth and quiet. Omni desk ascent series are really good when it comes to speed of adjusting the height and also the stability even on the highest height compared to any other desk in the market. The controller is also a delight to have with its colorful lights!
